Naime, mnogim OSI koje su bile pozvane na Prvo i Drugo zasijedanje Parlamenta za OSI je neophodan pristupačan prevoz, personalna asistencija, informacije u elektronskom, zvučnom, na Brajevom pismu i lako razumljivom jeziku, i drugi vidovi zakonom propisanih prilagođavanja i razumnih adaptacija. Većina ovih posebnih mjera u praksi nisu obezbjeđena OSI, iako su neke od njih propisane zakonima koje je Skupština Crne Gore usvojila. That is why the \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"Executive Director of the IYDB boycotted this Event\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", and the registered representative, who does not require reasonable accommodations, was prevented from participating due to sudden health problems.\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"In the application for the participation of the representative at the Event, the IYDB pointed out that it is \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"unacceptable that the Parliament of Montenegro\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", as the highest legislative body, which has ratified the CRPD, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"did not provide information about the provided adjustments in the Invitation to participate,\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" nor was it interested in the individual needs of PWDs in the process of application, arrival and participation in the Event. Namely, many PWDs who were invited to the First and Second Sessions of the Parliament for PWDs need accessible transportation, personal assistance, information in electronic, audio, Braille and easy-to-understand language, and other types of legally prescribed adjustments and reasonable accommodations. Most of these special measures are not provided for PWDs in practice, although some of them are prescribed by laws adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro. However, for the second time, the \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"Parliament of Montenegro did not find it appropriate to ask\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" the invited representatives of organisations of \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"PWDs about the necessary support they need for registration, arrival and participation in the Event itself\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\". Therefore, we assess that such approach shows the \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"serious lack of understanding, responsibility and professional integrity \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"of the institution.\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"The representatives of the IYDB who request reasonable accommodations, including the Executive Director, refuse to participate in events on the occasion of the International Day of PWDs, which do not include the implementation of the principles of the CRPD and the provision of reasonable accommodations. The IYDB believes that the \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"organisation of such events is an insult to the human dignity of PWDs\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", as it represents a hypocritical display of good intentions while at the same time \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"discrimination based on disability is conducted\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\".
