Nažalost, i na Javnoj tribini o položaju OSI u Kotoru i na fokus grupama je bio \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"veoma slab odziv relevantnih institucija\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\", što pokazuje njihovu nespremnost da se dovoljno angažuju u ovoj oblasti. Ipak, ohrabruje činjenica što je \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"Sekretarijat za kulturu, sport i društvene djelatnosti Opštine Kotor\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\", u čijoj nadležnosti je donošenje Nacrta Lokalnog akcionog plana u oblasti invaliditeta za period 2026–2028. godine, \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"učestvovao u svim navedenim aktivnostima\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\". \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}}]},{\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\",\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"\",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}}]},{\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\",\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"Nacrt Lokalnog akcionog plana obuhvata \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"devet oblasti\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\": podizanje svijesti, pristupačnost fizičkog okruženja i informacija, socijalnu i dječju zaštitu, zdravstvenu zaštitu, obrazovanje, zapošljavanje, kulturu i sport, međusektorsku saradnju i institucionalnu koordinaciju, i saradnju s organizacijama civilnog društva i podršku organizacijama OSI. Posebno je istaknut \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"problem zloupotrebe parking mjesta za OSI\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\", koja često koriste građani/ke bez dozvola, što dodatno otežava kretanje osobama kojima su ta mjesta namijenjena. Takođe se govorilo i \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"o lošem stanju trotoara\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\" i nepristupačnim površinama u pojedinim djelovima Kotora.
