Nakon nepunih godinu dana, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"I MI Boke ima devet korisnika/ca usluge personalne asistencije \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"iz Kotora, Nikšića, Podgorice, Pljevalja i sa Cetinja i \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"13 korisnika/ca usluge pomoći u kući\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" iz Kotora, Herceg Novog, Tivta i Podgorice, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"među kojima je i\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"šestoro djece s invaliditetom\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\". Par postupaka za ostvarivanje prava na korišćenje ovoh usluga kod I MI Boke je u toku, te se tokom \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"sljedećeg mjeseca očekuje ponovno povećanje\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" broja njihovih korisnika/ca. Naime, čak i u slučaju OSI i djece s invaliditetom koja imaju potrebu za 24-časovnom podrškom, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"prava na ove usluge priznaju se \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"u obimu\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\" najviše od 40 sati sedmično\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\". Zbog toga je \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"I MI Boke\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" prinuđena da \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"pregovara sa lokalnim samoupravama o finansiranju dodatnih sati usluga ili ih obezbjedi putem projekata\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\". \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"Nažalost, ovi napori I MI Boke do sada nisu dali adekvatne rezultate. Iako je to više puta potvrđivano tokom pregovora sa Sekretarijatom za kulturu, sport i društvene djelatnosti, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"Opština Kotor ne finansira dodatne potrebne sate\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" usluga personalne asistencije i pomoći u kući za OSI iz Kotora. Štaviše, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"nedavno je prebacila finansiranje usluge pomoći u kući za djecu s invaliditetom na JU Dom starih „Grabovac“ Risan\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", čime je odgovornost za njen kontinuitet i kvalitet prenijela na ustanovu čije iskustvo i djelatnost nisu usklađeni sa potrebama ove grupe korisnika/ca. \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"Očekujemo da će Opština Kotor izdvojiti potrebna sredstva za finansiranje dodatnih sati\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" usluga personalne asistencije i pomoći u kući za OSI iz Kotora \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"tokom 2026. godine\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", u skladu sa kalkulacijama troškova koje je I MI Boke danas dostavila Sekretarijatu za kulturu, sport i društvene djelatnosti. \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"Sa druge strane, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"Glavni grad Podgorica\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" je ove godine \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"prekinuo višegodišnju praksu\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" da \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"u odlukama u budžetu opredijeljuje sredstva za finansiranje usluge personalne asistencije\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" koji pruža Crveni krst Podgorica, koji \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"nema licencu\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" za pružanje ove usluge, što pokazuje neusklađenost i neodgovornost u sprovođenju zakona. Zbog toga je ove godine \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"Sekretarijat za socijalno staranje\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" raspisao Javni poziv za raspodjelu \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"175.000€ \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"za finansiranje \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"projekata \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"nevladinih organizacija \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"u oblasti socijalne i dječje zaštite\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\". Namely, even in the case of PWDs and children with disabilities who need 24-hour support, the \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"rights to the services are recognised\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\" for a \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"maximum of 40 hours per week\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\".
