Ove osobe bi, uz adekvatnu podršku i ambulantnu zaštitu mentalnog zdravlja, mogle da žive u svojim lokalnim zajednicama. These people, with adequate support and outpatient mental health care, could live in their local communities. This not only \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"affects the Hospital's inability to provide hospital treatment\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" in a timely manner and for an adequate duration to \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"all who need it\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", but also causes a \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"violation of the basic human rights of persons with mental disabilities\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", who are completely excluded from the regular course of life.
