Međutim, nastavljena je praksa JU Centra za socijalni rad za opštine Kotor, Tivat i Budva i Ministarstva socijalnog staranja, brige o porodici i demografije da čak i OSI i djeci s invaliditetom koja imaju potrebu za 24-časovnom podrškom, prava na usluge personalne asistencije i pomoći u kući priznaju u obimu najviše od 40 sati sedmično.\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"U tom smislu \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"I MI Boke je predložila\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" izdvajanje budžetskih sredstava Opštine Kotor za \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"finansiranje nepokrivenog dijela troškova pružanja usluge personalne asistencije za četiri korisnika/ce\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", kojima je ova usluga potrebna 24 odnosno 8 sati dnevno, \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"i devet korisnika/ca pomoći u kući \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"za odrasle OSI i djecu s invaliditetom, kojima je ova usluga potrebna od sat i po do pet i po sati dnevno.
