Ovaj podzakonski akt Zakona o socijalnoj i dječjoj zaštiti \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"propisuje da svaki/a korisnik/ca čija su primanja preko 800€\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"a u koja ulaze i dodatak za njegu i pomoć i lična invalidnina\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"mora da učestvuje u pokriću 60% troškova usluga\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" podrške za život u zajednici, savjetodavno-terapijskih i socijalno-edukativnih usluga i usluga smještaja. To u praksi znači da OSI koje primaju preko 800€ moraju da daju 985,25€ mjesečno za pokriće troškova 176 sati usluge personalne asistencije. U ove usluge spadaju: dnevni boravak, pomoć u kući, stanovanje uz podršku, svratište, personalna asistencija i tumačenje i prevođenje na znakovni jezik. U tom smislu, korisnici/e kojima je potreban najveći (prvi) stepen podrške učestvuju u plaćanju troškova ovih usluga ako su im primanja u prethodnom mjesecu veća od prosječne bruto zarade koju utvrđuje MONSTAT, dok korisnici/e kojima je potreban najmanji (četvrti) stepen podrške učestvuju u plaćanju troškova ovih usluga ako im primanja premašuju minimalnu neto zaradu. \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"U drugoj varijanti\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"visina osnovice\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\" za utvrđivanje učešća korisnika/ca u plaćanju troškova ovih usluga \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"se vezuje za vrstu usluge\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", te u plaćanju troškova usluga personalne asistencije i stanovanja uz podršku učestvuju korisnici/e koji u prethodnom mjesecu nisu imali primanja manja od prosječne bruto zarade koju utvrđuje MONSTAT, a u plaćanju troškova usluge svratišta učestvuju svi/e korisnici/e čija primanja u prethodnom mjesecu su u visini ili preko minimalne neto zarade. \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"}],\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\"},{\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\"I MI Boke se fokusirala na pokriće troškova \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"usluga podrške za život u zajednici\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\", s obzirom da su one \",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"value\":\"najvažnije za samostalan život OSI i proces njihove deinstitucionalizacije\",\"nodeType\":\"text\"},{\"data\":{},\"marks\":[],\"value\":\". Savjetodavno-terapijske i socijalno-edukativne usluge imaju značajan uticaj na kvalitet života OSI i njihovih porodica u lokalnim zajednicama, ali se one pružaju u značajno manjem obimu (najviše dva puta sedmično) nego što je to slučaj s uslugama podrške za život u zajednici, te su troškovi njihovog pružanja značajno niži. Counseling-therapeutic and social-educational services have a significant impact on the quality of life of PWDs and their families in local communities, but they are provided on a significantly smaller scope (at most twice a week) than is the case with community life support services, and their provision costs are significantly lower.
