Za te namjene je, shodno cijenama usluga utvrđenih od resorsnog Ministarstva, potrebno ukupno izdvojiti ukupno 174.824,69€, i to 159.219,20€ za uslugu personalne asistencije, 14.449,15€ za uslugu pomoći u kući za djecu s invaliditetom kojima je potrebna podrška prvog ili drugog stepena i 1.156,34€ za uslugu pomoći u kući za odrasle OSI kojima je potrebna podrška trećeg ili četvrtog stepena. It is completely clear \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"that PWDs and their families from Kotor are not able to participate in the costs coverage\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\" for personal assistance and assistance at home, and that the provision of \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"Article 160 of the Law on Social and Child Protection\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\" must be applied to them, which obliges the state and local self-government to cover the costs of services’ provision which the users are unable to cover.\",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}}]},{\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\",\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"\",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}}]},{\"nodeType\":\"paragraph\",\"data\":{},\"content\":[{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"Therefore, \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"the IYDB has proposed that the Municipality of Kotor covers the costs of providing\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\" personal assistance and assistance at home \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"in full scope\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\", i.e. the number of hours, \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"which is necessary for children with disabilities and PWDs from Kotor\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\", \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"and to cover part of the costs that are not currently covered by the state\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\". For these purposes, according to the services costs determined by the Ministry, a total of €174,824.69 should be allocated, namely €159,219.20 for personal assistance, €14,449.15 for assistance at home for children with disabilities who need first or second degree support and €1,156.34 for assistance at home for PWDs who need third or fourth degree support.
