Učesnici/e su imali priliku da kroz simulacije intervjua vježbaju komunikacijske vještine, postavljanje jasnih očekivanja i procjenu kompetencija potencijalnih asistenata/kinja. At the beginning of 2026, the IYDB will have \",\"marks\":[],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\"four users of the personal assistance and one user of the assistance at home from Podgorica\",\"marks\":[{\"type\":\"bold\"}],\"data\":{}},{\"nodeType\":\"text\",\"value\":\" who need these services from 8 to 24 hours a day. These are not excessive budget allocations, bearing in mind that the Capital City of Podgorica has been allocating funds for these and similar services for many years.
