Ovo nisu prevelika budžetska izdvajanja, imajući u vidu da je Glavni grad Podgorica već duži niz godina izdvajao sredstva za ove i slične usluge. These are not excessive budget allocations, bearing in mind that the Capital City of Podgorica has been allocating funds for these and similar services for many years.
